[committee] Data entry volunteers needed!

Hi all,

As background to this request, the new online signup system wasn't able 
to be used on O-day due to a number of reasons, and as a result we have 
(as usual) a stack of paper forms :'-(

Coming up on the 13th March is the deadline for O-day grants (read: big 
moneys for signups on O-day) and it would be very much appreciated if 
you are willing to volunteer your time to enter the data from these 
forms into the new online membership system <https://portal.ucc.asn.au/>.

Simply entering the data on the form into the Registration Page 
<https://portal.ucc.asn.au/register> and clicking "Register" is 
sufficient for the time being, and this *does not require any 
permissions* besides internet access. Then place the forms into the 
plastic drawer labelled "Not in filing cabinet" (on the shelf above 
Cichlid), or even into the filing cabinet itself, and you will have 
earned my everlasting respect.

Note that *door*, *wheel* and *committee* members can all access to the 
Admin Site <https://portal.ucc.asn.au/admin> and will also be able to 
approve the records as they are entered. The approval form is a separate 
page, which will appear when submitting the registration form (*if you 
are logged in*), otherwise you can go to the /Membership renewal records 
/page and click the /Approve/ button in the rightmost column. For the 
payment method, simply select "Cash - in person".
