Hi all,Looks like some of my info from yesterday's email was out of date. Looks lile this year, tables will be assigned and we just need to be setting up by 12.Ideally we'd have volunteers by 11:15 at the latest to get the stall fully set up by 12.See Jacob's (the SOC President) email below for more.Cheers,James [MPT]UCC President

Club Carnival is almost here and we're pulling out ALL THE STOPS!
We've decided to switch it up from previous years and host the event along James Oval. There's been a lot of work put into preparing the space for the event and we've got BIG THINGS COMING.
I'm currently working with the rest of the SOC Committee on allocating tables to clubs in order to make the most of the space and continuing the amazing momentum from O-Day.
We will be sending out a spreadsheet with table allocations and a site-plan so that the set-up for you can be as efficient and stress-free as possible. Keep an eye on your inboxes because this will be coming out very soon.
Just a couple of notices to bear in mind:
1) EVENT PROMO - feel free to make your own fb events for Club Carnival, post on the Guild CC event, and share it amongst your networks as much as possible! The more people there are that know about the event, the more people are likely to sign up to your clubs and the more YOU STAND TO BENEFIT from Club Carnival.
2) ELECTRICALS - these will be allowed but ONLY if they have been tagged and tested before O-Day.
3) You must start setting up your stall by 12pm at the LATEST or you will forfeit your allocation.
4) Please clean up after yourselves. Don't leave a mess because that would be just silly. Don't piss off Mother Nature. If you intend on disposing anything etc. please (where possible) try and ensure that it is recyclable/degradable.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with myself, Omar or Eleanor (preferably by email) and we will get back to you ASAP.
Thanks again everyone and I can't wait to see you all there.
Kind regards,
Jacob Roosendaal
