Hi All,
Our constitution states that meetings must have notice provided “at least four
days before the due date of the meeting”. Notice has been given for the meeting
this coming Wednesday at 1pm, and the committee will be continuing to meet on
Wednesdays at 1pm for the remainder of UWA’s second semester 2021, unless
otherwise stated. Notice may be repeated closer to the time of each meeting, but
I think it would be nice if there aren’t several emails a week about committee
meetings occurring as usual.

An updated version of this agenda may be shared prior to individual meetings,
however do note that multiple such emails have been automatically sent with the
previous meetings minutes. All I’m saying is if it looked like the last meetings
agenda/minutes, it probably is.
