[lore] Licensing of Murphy's Lore

Hello contributors (all contributors have been BCCed this email)

The next edition of Murphy's Lore is nearly ready for printing!
However, we've hit a bit of a snag: how to license it. You're
receiving this mail because you're contributed an article to the
magazine.

As contributors you retain your individual copyrights. This means we
need your agreement before we stick a copyright license on the final
product. Our options are enumerated below:

1) What we'd like:

  Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 Australia
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/au/
  Summary: attribution required, non-commercial use only, derived
works permitted

2) As a fall-back, we can license the magazine under:

  Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 Australia
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/au/
  Summary: attribution required, non-commercial use only, derived
works not permitted

3) If you don't like any of these terms, we can just not license the
magazine at all - as copyright is implicit we need not actually say
anything at all.

Please reply as soon as you can and let me know which of option (1),
(2) or (3) you would prefer. I'll keep track of the results, and we'll
use the most restrictive option chosen. So we'll only use (1) if
everyone replies that (1) is okay, and so on.
