[Sophie Divliaev]

If it's not too much trouble, please add the following to the end of
my article:

Sophie is not a sysadmin.  Instead she has worked in the IT industry for
the last 12 years as a help desk drone, support droid and trainer of the
masses.  She has few formal IT qualifications but did manage to complete
a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.  She owes her entire career to
UCC and currently lives in Adelaide.
