[UCC::ProgComp] Re-runs and final rounds

Hi,

I have run rematches between peternlewis vs ramen, and peternlewis vs 
celsius, to make up for the INTERNAL_ERROR outcomes.

Unfortunately the simulation script restricts rounds to an even number of 
games, so some extra games have been played.

The last three rounds will be weighted by 0.8, and will commence on Monday 
at 6:00pm. Please email any submissions to matches@
