Hi all,

The final rounds have been run.

I forgot to weight the scores properly. However, this would not have affected the overall placings,
so I will not redo the rounds.

Congratulations to Peter N Lewis, who has won with 21.4 points. His 
MacTech 1997 stratego AI has stood the test of time to defeat all 
competitors once again. Peter has won the 50th anniversary edition of 
Stratego, published by SpinMaster.

I'm pretty sure Peter's program is an early version of skynet, so well 
done to the other contestants for putting up an admirable resistance!

Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me and/or helped me to run this 
competition. Also thanks to those who have entered. I guess most of you 
are the same people, but you can be thanked twice if you want.

Sadly I will not be running another competition. I encourage anyone with a 
cool idea to run the next progcomp; contact committee or wheel for more 
information on how to do this. There is also a wiki page somewhere.
