<grin> Well.. we've probably already got Too Many powerboards, but still
very few actual free sockets. When things get shuffled it's usually
hard to find a suitable point and yes we have ended up with power cables
straddling the racks, for example, which is really... sub-optimal.

If you have plenty of free sockets everywhere you might want a machine,
you can avoid some of the uglier "temporary" solutions.

Ah, that's important. Ian's got some of the details for that but basically
we were going to get a quote for the cables from CS and anywhere else
we're interested in, and start attaching things to benches and so on.
This'll take a bit of money.
