[tech] mermaid rebooted

[Nick Bannon]

mermaid has been inaccessible today (which causes problems for coke &
door!) due to network problems. It was up, and had a link light, but
network access and root logins were just hanging. Trent and I rebooted
it just now and it seems to have come back OK.
