	From the Guild point of view, we would prefer after 5pm, but 
a 10 minute outage is no big deal as long as we get a couple of hours 
warning so we can inform people.
	Yay for vlanning. I'll have to get organised and do proper 
VLAN config for the guild after that point (which I think will 
involve a considerably longer outage).
