[tech] mailman

[James Andrewartha]

mailman was filling up mooneye:/usr with lots of the looped "this email 
has been held for approval" emails. I nuked the ones on wheel and freed up 
900MB (since they're about 300kb each). Is there a way we can stop these 
from being sent out?
