[tech] Webmail upgrade

Hi All,

I've upgraded UCC's horde install to horde3. I'm sure there'll be a few teething
problems so please let me know if you find any.

The new page is available at
http://webmail.ucc.asn.au or
https://secure.ucc.asn.au/horde3/

You'll want to login to the old version (Still online for the moment at
http://secure.ucc.asn.au/horde2/imp/) and export your address book so you can
re-import it back into the new version.
