[tech] Another new machine: troppo (was Re: SunFire V480)

I thought I'd add that trs80 and I put in a new machine to the
rack earlier in the week - troppo. It's currently hosting this
site: http://clubtroppo.com.au

As I've said to James, it is stupidly overpowered for our
requirements*, so at some point I'll probably put a Xen kernel
on it. I'd be happy if the UCC wanted to consolidate a few
servers on it.

* Core2Duo quad, 8Gb RAM are the headline stats. So far load
average hasn't gone over 0.10.
