Several of the UCC lists are configured to drop spam-tagged mail without
administrator intervention (the list moderators get hundreds of messages a
day as it is), so if you sent something to one of the lists from a
non-UWA address in the last 12 hours you might want to resend it.

This also applies to any external mail sent to support at .
