DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 
Silk Telecom has scheduled an outage on our Resnet connection to allow
them to undertake and upgrade on their network.
 
DATE:	
Tuesday, 18th September 2007
 
TIME:	
Start time 18:00 (6pm); duration 30 minutes
 
AREAS/SERVICES AFFECTED:  
All communication between Resnet and the wider Internet.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: 
Please inform all college residents and UCC members of the outage.
