Whats next?

How is a Low voltage power pack unsafe, Its Black electrical tape and  
the wires have been connected inside this. Its not like its going to  
kill you, Heck it wont even shock you.

I give up doing projects at UCC anymore if this kind of shit is going  
to happen.
