[tech] Half Height Rack

It looks like the placement of the rack has been decided by geometry - we
have to put it next to the left hand rack, otherwise we wont be able to
slide out servers with rails (we would hit a bench leg). The rack is
currently sitting in the middle of the clubroom with one set of v20z rails
on it. We (Frenchie and I) had to move the back posts all the way back due
to the posts having an S shaped cross-section and sun rails being
retarded. I think it actually makes things easier to mount too, but we'll
have to see what happens with the non-railed servers.

How does some time this weekend sound for putting it in?
