[tech] Donations from ITS

Actually, this should include things like:

* if the aircon fails, will the boards cut out because of some thermal
  protection before the fucking thing catches fire?

If you don't believe me, I can point out some nice photos of a HP blade
server @ iinet which .. got a bit charcoal'ed.

I know I'm negative at times, but please do not turn this on in the
clubroom, aircon or not.
