[tech] Changes to management LAN

Evening all,

A couple of small updates regarding the management LAN.

1) All machines that have DRAC or LOM are now setup to be accessible.
Switches are also all setup (though that's not really news).

2) Changes to DNS:

    We now have a new domain .mgmt - machines are now addressed in DNS
with just their machine name - no reference to whether its DRAC or LOM
(eg. coconut.mgmt, murjan.mgmt)

    The idea behind this is to simplify things - you shouldn't have to
remember whether its one or the other.

[TRS] has suggested setting up Robotnik to play an MGMT song whenever
a DNS lookup for that domain occurs - this idea and making the
management stuff available from all UWA subnets are up for discussion.
