Adding the mgmt zone broke zonemake - it uses Python's ConfigParser, which
doesn't like having more than one config section by the same name. Also,
the nonexistent cabal decided that switches in the mgmt zone was dumb.
The zonefile has been hacked up a bit, and now DRAC/LOM/whatever for
machines is under $machinename.mgmt.ucc... and switches are
$switchname.ucc... That is, if the machine already has a hostname, its
management interface will be in the .mgmt. zone. If not, it's not.
