[tech] Madako failure

Hi all,

At about 1350 today Madako disappeared from the network. On inspection it 
was powered off and would not power back on; I tested the PSU briefly and 
it appeared to be dead.

Madako's HDD has been moved into the last of the Charlies (RackSaver 
machines from Fugro) which has identical hardware.

This provides further impetus to get our backups working properly again.
