[tech] Porcupine

I had a little bit more of a look at porcupine this evening. The operating 
system was only seeing 3.2G of RAM because of a "memory remap" bios 
setting, which I'm guessing limits the machine to whatever can be 
addressed by 32 bits. Anyway, I've changed that setting and now the full 
4G of RAM is being seen by the OS (which is only 32 bit by the way).
