Clownfish is pretty functional now, running debian wheezy.

The DNS issue was related to IPv6 being useless, that's been disabled.
Graphics issues were resolved by installing AMD's fglrx from their website.

I have now had to do this so often that I have added it to the SOE.

It is GNOME3, however I would ask that people don't just go and install 
every single other desktop environment.
I'll put MATE on it at some point and try and make it the default, but 
until then just tolerate the GNOME3.

KDE people have plenty of other machines to use KDE on, and KDE and 
GNOME3 together on one machine creates
some kind of horrible unusable death machine that won't do anything. 
Don't put KDE on it.

It doesn't run ET but I think that's a 32bit thing and not a "the 
graphics are fith" thing.
