[tech] Cabellera and Python3

I compiled python-3.2 for Cabellera. You can run it with `python3`

There might be problems with whatever these things are:

322 tests OK.

Someone should probably install/compile from source pip or easy_setup or 
whatever it is called to get more python packages, Since the yum 
repositories for SL + EPEL are not very comprehensive.

Also, Gozz and Pradyumn have installed graphics drivers, thanks.
