I think IPv6 is an upstream problem - certainly tracepath6 to 
ipv6.google.com and archive.debian.org don't make it out of UWA.

It might be worth filing a ticket with BITS or whatever they're called 
this week and asking if there are any known issues. I imagine you still 
need a Pheme account to do so.
