[tech] ComSSA Server Colocation

Hey Tech@

Following the Wheel meeting last Friday, ComSSA now have a server in UCC's 
Machine room. Currently only SSH and http are open for tha machine. Wheel 
keys are on it (username ucc-wheel, not root) and sudo is possible. I will 
add ther password to UCC Pass in the near future.

Contact details for ComSSA and the people in charge of managing the server 
will be put somewhere (not sure where yet).
