[tech] Wifi Upgrades

Dear tech subscribers,

The wifi at UCC was upgraded last Monday by [CFE] and myself. The 
current configuration, using the new device "smallwing" (Ubiquiti Unifi 
nanoHD) to replace the old "coromandel" relies on the Unifi controller 
installed on a new VM/container called "salmon".
