[tech] Conversion of samson to VM

Hi tech,

[CFE] and I spent an hour or so this afternoon to transfer the samba/AD 
and freeradius services (meaning copying the config files and data) from 
the samson container (using LXC on Proxmox) to a new VM named 
samson-rebuild. The IP addresses for samson are the same.

The operation was successful and it will mean that we can perform 
live-migration of samson between VM hosts without having any additional 
AD downtime. The original samson container is still active in case 
anyone finds something that was missed (and needs to be pulled from the 
container) but its IP address has been changed (now 130.95.13.30 or 
samson-rebuild in DNS) to prevent conflicts.
