Hi, Jenny, Geoff, all! It is premature to close this issue.
We are currently working through the resolution with Geoff and Paul.
This specific hostname mooneye.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au provides external
non-web services and should not (yet) be proxied by Cloudflare.
UCC is separating the proxy-able web services to new hosts (this
has been somewhat hampered under current lockdown conditions) and
Geoff/Paul/Steven are organising the delegation of Cloudflare dashboard
control.
