[tech] Swapping fans for VM cluster machines

Hi all,

I'm currently at UCC, checking on the clubroom and doing a few 
housekeeping tasks.

Unfortunately another HP fan has failed, this time on Mudkip. Running 
the other fans at full speed isn't good for their longevity, so 
something had to be done.

Because it has better specs, we've prioritised Magikarp over Mudkip. 
I've pulled the dead fans from both machines and filled Magikarp's empty 
slot with a good fan from Mudkip. I've also pulled a few more good fans 
from Mudkip to use as additional urgent spares.

As such, all VMs from Mudkip have been migrated and are now running on 
Magikarp. Magikarp has the 10G networking, much more RAM and better 
storage, so it's a net win.

In the coming week(s) I'll try to arrange a time to pick up some of the 
replacements that have now been delivered to [333] and get them to the 
clubroom. We also need to be careful to occasionally monitor both 
machines for further failures. Any one failure kicks all the fans to 
full speed, and no one is around at the moment to hear it.
