[tech] Call for help: Some nice ideas I don't have time for

Hello fellow tech-y people,

I have a webpage idea which I think would be nice, but won't have a scrap of time to implement it untill at least the end of Feb, probably later. If one of you is interested in giving this a shot that would be great!
The idea, simply put:
A webpage where users can request tech talk topics and state topics they're willing to present. Then vote if them.

If you're interested, please jump on #ucc in discord/irc and ping me.
The could also have some nice discord bot integrations, namely:
Notification-type message when new topic created

Ability for users to signal interest by reacting, and get pinged when that particular event is happening

Likewise, if you're interested in this please do the same :)
