[tech] Shutdown of Magikarp

Hi all,

Unfortunately, the fan issue reoccurred in Magikarp again today (IIRC 
the 3rd time). As it was running no VMs at the time, I have shut it down.

I'll try applying the fix from 
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=emr_na-a00039315en_us 
and check the cooling mode setup in the BIOS. We should prepare for the 
possibility of needing to replace fans, though.
