[tech] SSD replacement for /dev/sdh in motsugo

Hi All,

I have now replaced /dev/sdh (which had 2 pending sectors) on Motsugo with a new 2TB Samsug 870 Evo that I purchased and am hereby donating to the club.

/dev/sdh is (and was) a hot spare assigned to Motsugo's RAID6 array /dev/md0, and I opted to replace the spare rather than the also-faulty /dev/sdc (which had 1 pending sector), because then this would give us a working drive to fail over to if anything else did fail, and would avoid causing the excessive disk IO associated with a RAID rebuild, which could well have caused more of our ancient disks to trip up and get stuck with pending sectors.

The old 2TB WD Black has been placed atop our pile of decade-old disused hard drives, complete with a duct tape label warning you to "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!".

Unfortunately, the hostmaster spam for /dev/sdc will continue for the time being.

`smartctl` output for all disks - including /dev/sdh prior to replacement - is attached, along with some photos of the janky mounting solution we opted to go with for the SSD (we couldn't get it mounted nicely in the caddy, even with a 2.5in to 3.5in bracket, due to clearance issues).
