[tech] eggman debian upgrade (quick notes)

Last night I attempted to upgrade eggman to Debian 9
It's "complete", but seems to have some slight network troubles (and is 
running VERY close on disk space).

Current state: All services up, but may not survive a reboot (without 
needing to connect a keyboard/screen and manually bring the network up).
- `ip link <adapter> up`
- `ip addr add 130.95.13.109/26 dev <adapter>`
- `ip route add default gw 130.95.13.65`
