[tech] Possible Network Outage Today

Hi all,

Recently, Walnut (the top-of-rack switch serving most of our core 
servers) has been having issues affecting network connectivity.

Unfortunately, we might need to take it offline at some point for a fix. 
If that happens, all services will be temporarily unavailable.
