Hi all,

I’m sending apologies for today’s meeting. I’ve delegated [GPO] to report the progress on backups (thank you [GPO]). It might be beneficial if the backup policy/rules on users’ `/home`, wheels’ `/home`, and everyone’s `.ssh/` be discussed in the meeting.

Regarding the naming, I recommend `Mora` (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mora_(fish))  for dell-ph1, and `Medaka` (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medaka) for dell-ph2 (remote).
