[tech] Transfer of universitycomputer.club domain from Namecheap to VentraIP

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for not getting this sent much sooner.

Just so it's on the record, back on 28/03/2025 - after discussion with a few people in the #tech channel on Discord/IRC - I transferred our universitycomputer.club domain from Namecheap to VentraIP, where our existing ucc.asn.au and ucc.asn domains reside.

For context, our universitycomputer.club domain was set to expire with Namecheap on 2/04/2025, so in the end, instead of renewing with Namecheap, I transferred it to VentraIP and paid for another year there.

Regarding payment, I covered this ($27.50) with my personal PayPal account, and do not seek reimbursement.

Details of our VentraIP credentials are in `uccpass`, if you have access.
