[ucc-announce] UCC Annual General Meeting - 26 hour warning

This is a reminder that the UCC AGM will be held TOMORROW (Tue 20th of
March) at ONE (1) PM SHARP (common lunch hour).

The election of the 2007 committee will take place at this meeting.
Nominations in advance are not required, if you wish to nominate
yourself or another person, you can do so at the meeting.

As with previous UCC general meetings, voting will done by the "N-1"
system. Unlike other Cameron Hall clubs, the UCC does not allow voting
by proxy. Voting over the Internet will NOT be permitted this year as it
makes it very hard for the returning officers. Only financial (and life)
members of the club may vote at the AGM.

First time (fresher) members are encouraged to attend to run for the
position of FRESHER REPRESENTATIVE. Unlike other committee positions,
ALL freshers are nominated for the position of fresher representative.
Freshers may also run for any other position on the committee.

No motions were submitted to the secretary, so there are no motions on
notice.
