We've got two events during this vacation:
 - Saturday June 20: DarkZone 9-1
 - Saturday July 4: UCC LAN: Independence LAN

DarkZone 9-1 Laser Extravaganza

(you may know it as Zone3)

When: 20th of June, 9pm to 1am
Where: Darkzone in WILLETTON, Southlands Shopping Centre
       see http://darkzone-wa.com.au for directions
What: Laser Tag games of various types (including capture the flag, zone 
      ball and vampire)
Cost: $35 per person

Arrive BEFORE 9pm to sign up. You MUST wear enclosed shoes.

Note: please park downstairs at the shopping centre as the upstairs carpark gets
locked at 12.

Friends/partners welcome, the more the merrier. We'd appreciate it if you 
let us know on <zone3 at ucc.asn.au> that you're coming, but don't feel you 
can't turn up if you haven't e-mailed us.


UCC LAN: Independence LAN

A quick reminder that UCC LAN is happening this vacation: join us to fight 
the forces of oppression in the Cameron Hall loft (above the UCC) by 
playing computer games.

You'll need to bring your computer, a powerboard, some headphones, and a 
LAN cable. You'll also want some money for pizza, and $5 for entry if 
you're not a UCC member. Cameron Hall can get cold in winter, so you might 
want to bring along a blanket or sleeping bag too.

Games to be played include (but are not limited to):
 - Team Fortress 2
 - Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (free! and mirrored at UCC)
 - Warcraft III: Defence of the Ancients
 - Quake III Arena
 - Multiwinia
 - Freelancer
