[ucc-announce] UCC servers: downtime tomorrow (11/2/2012)

Hi all,

SUMMARY: Downtime on murasoi, mussel, mooneye, maybe motsugo, from 1pm 11/2/12, probably only briefly.

[SZM] and I, and possibly some other people, will be installing kernel updates and rebooting several ucc servers tomorrow, including murasoi, mussel, mooneye, and possibly even motsugo. We will be starting at around 1pm tomorrow.

We'll also be doing some work towards simpler and more seamless system for giving club members simpler and more seamless access to VMs, which may involve further downtime on murasoi and possibly some interruption to networking.
