A friendly reminder that the due date for membership renewals is
rapidly approaching.

Either visit the website and renew via email+EFT or pop into the
clubroom (now open regularly again with semester starting).

Life members are required to submit a form reflecting up-to-date
details - just mark your status on the left hand side of the payment
box.

Happy New Year to all! First off, apologies for cross posting this, but I
want to make sure we get everyone.

As a number of you would be aware, each year the membership renewal
process drags on (and on....and on).

To give you all plenty of notice, please see the following info in
relation to membership renewals for 2012 memberships.

Q: When is membership due?
A: Membership is due by close of business Friday, March 2 2012.

Q: But I only just paid up!
A: Well, that's not a question, but yeah - we understand your pain and
will be investigating half year memberships soon for those who join
later in the year. We are not looking at doing prorata memberships. We
hope you understand and will rejoin.

Q: How do I renew?
A: Same as always - details, including the 2012 membership form are
available at http://ucc.asn.au/member/2012

All memberships that are not renewed by close of business Friday,
March 9 2012 will be subject to account locking. A reminder that
memberships must be paid for your vote to count at the Annual General
Meeting - we will not be accepting money at the meeting (or just before,
as we need to prepare lists of financial members ahead of time).
