Dear UCC Member,

Notice of Special General Meeting 17/9/12, 3pm

A Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place at 3pm on Monday the  
17th of September, 2012. The meeting will be held in the UWA Guild  
Coucil Meeting Room above Guild Reception.

This meeting has been called to facilitate the replacement of recently  
resigned Ordinary Committee Member, Ash Tyndall. Please consider now  
if you are able to take this position, as it is an excellent way of  
both contributing to the club and learning how it works from an  
administrative perspective.

Although this meeting is primarily for the purpose of this election,  
other business may be brought before the meeting. Such business should  
be of the nature that requires a general assembly of the membership to  
discuss, and must be submitted to the Secretary by midday on Friday  
the 14th of September at the latest.

If you have other business for the committee, as always please talk to  
a committee member, email committee at ucc.asn.au (or  
committee-only at ucc.asn.au for more sensitive material), or run the  
command “agenda” on motsugo.
