Hi All
It is that time of the year again,
Charity Vigil. Yay!

The Cameron Hall Charity Vigil is a long running charity event, run by
clubs at UWA. It is dedicated to raising money for local charities that
help the young people in our state. This year we are supporting the
Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation:

The Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation, based in Fremantle, Western
Australia, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to youth
development. Under the principle of equality of access, the Youth
Explorer Voyages deliver a quality program onboard the ship, designed to
develop personal potential via a life-changing experience aboard
Australia's largest dedicated sail training tall ship, Leeuwin II.

The funds we raise will go towards the ongoing maintenance of the tall
ship, allowing this great charity to continue its work.

Entry is by collection of donation. Minimum collection for entry is
$10, however for us to reach our goal of $2000, we need every attendee
to collect at least $20. Attendee's who meet this goal will go into a
raffle for fabulous prize, and be able to collect a sweet pocket
protector, on arrival (while stocks last). Our best collector will
receive a even more fantabulous prize.

This year the usual time clashes with UCC camp, so it is a week later.
Start is thus 6:00pm Friday 28th September, it does of course continue
all night.

Events include:
Variety of Roleplaying, and boardgames, a Magic Draft with Unigames
UCC LAN
Unisfa screening (Theme: Things Tegan enjoys. Beware.)
Miss and Mr Cameron Hall pageant. (Oh Gawds, Why is this happening?)

The donation forms can be download from
http://oxinabox.ucc.asn.au/files/Donor%20Letter.pdf.
They should be available in printed form, in the clubrooms, tomorrow
afternoon.

Thanks alot, and hope to see you there
