[ucc-announce] Content Moderation on UCC Channels

Hi UCCans, 

The committee would like to inform everyone that we are not allowing the
publication of potentially defamatory content on any of our channels,
including but not limited to emails, discord/irc, and Facebook. 

Any such content will be removed.
