[Unigames] Welcome (back?) to Unigames

Hola citizens,

Welcome to Unigames in 2016. If you haven't signed up yet come into the
club room and do so before out Annual General Meeting (AGM) so that you can
participate in the democracy.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
***Fresher Welcome***
16:00 Tomorrow (Wednesday 2/3/26) @ the Cameron Hall Loft
The loft is above the clubroom in Cameron Hall. Message us on Facebook or
send us an email if you are lost!
Freshers get free pizza, everyone else will need to pay $5 for a slice of
the action. Come and go from the event as you like, it should run until at
least 9pm.

***Dungeons&Dragons 5th Ed. One-shot***
16:00 Monday 7/3/16 @ the Cameron Hall Loft
All skill levels welcome :) There will be a few games running so if you
can't arrive at 4 let us know.

***Annual General Meeting (AGM)***
13:00 Thursday 10/3/16 @ Guild Council Meeting Room
The meeting room is on the second floor of the student guild, directly
above the Student Center, which is where you may have collected your free
guild diary. Find us in the clubroom before the meeting and people will
take you to the meeting room, or message us on Facebook.

If you are interested in running for a committee position at the AGM please
let us know so that we can compile a list for the people who will have to
vote via proxy.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to cast a proxy vote:

- If written, the vote must be clearly legible; if we cannot read it, it is
invalid.
- All Proxy votes for elections must take form of a list of positions, with
an explicit list of names for each, who will (if valid candidate), be voted
for during the election.
- Proxy votes must be delivered electronically or in person, to the
Secretary prior to the commencement of the General Meeting, or, if a member
leaves during the meeting they may proxy vote remaining votes.
- If a member with a proxy vote arrives at the meeting, then their proxy
vote is invalidated while they are in attendance.
- Proxy votes do not count towards quorum.
