I hope your classes are going well, and everything is well organised for
the semester ahead.

*UPCOMING EVENTS*
21st March - Prosh! We'll be Monster Mashing it up at Subiaco Station from
7AM, so come and say hi and support charity!
21st March - One-page RPG one-shots! Starting from 4PM, join us in playing
such amazing RPGs as 'Honey Heist', 'Lasers & Feelings', and 'Everyone is
John!'
28th March - Watch the Skies Mega-Game: This huge (40+ people) event has
people playing as international leaders during a time of crisis (namely,
Alien Invasion). For more information, click this link

*What happened this week?*
Our sealed league is running in full force. It's not too late to sign up!
Our D&D one-shots were a huge hit, with five games running and 30 players
showing up!

	President's Report:
		- Alaura is FIRED.
		- Many things we are organising, read on to find out more.
		- Quiz night was my main job this week.

	Vice-President's Report:
		- Oh hello
		- I am doing stuff.
		- It might not seem like it, but I am.
		- Alaura will be the end of me.
		- I'm glad I have my new daughter Jasmine.
		
	Treasurer's Report:
		- Didn't put a line through some numbers -> Thought we lost $150
		- It's fine
		- Contacted PROSH about theme and location
		- A did a second deposit, I didn't screw up that time
		- Need another food run
		Account balance: $4932.95
		- Cameron Hall-oween money is all good

	Secretary's Report:
		- Hello it's me, the real secretary again

		- Mailling list updated with new members and the first digest went out
		- Couldn't be bothered extracting the action items from the last minutes, so I wrote a program to do it for me
		- I plan to automate the entirety of Unigames within the year.
		
	Librarian's Report:
		- Some magazines that we want to throw out
		- Binning a lot of things
		- Changed password to LibraryThing
		- Trying to find something less bad than Librarything
		- Contacting Peter Brian Williams for details about AD&D books
		- Going to label shelves
		- Going to make a post about White Dwarf magazines, if no-one wants them we'll bin them
		- Some changes to the borrowing system happening: D&D players handbook can only be borrowed out overnight. (1 day due date)
		- Three strikes policy: Overdue books give you a strike. Three strikes and you can't borrow stuff anymore
		- Librarian may make exceptions for exceptional circumstances
		>Nadia + Donald: Write-up a new regulation for the new borrowing system and three-strikes system
		>Nadia: Make facebook post about new borrowing systems

	Fresher Rep's Report:
		- Hello!
		- I made cupcakes. :-)
		- Club carnival happened, met new people
		- Meeting people and remembering names!

		One-Shots:
			- D&D one-shot went well
			- Five games ran throughout the night

		Board Games:
			- Wednesday: regular board games night (14/03)
			- IEEE board games night on Thursday, EECE Common room 3.03, 5:30PM

			- Taylor advertised us to other clubs for more inter-clup events at club carnival

		Magic:
			- Sealed League has officially started up!
			- Four people signed up right now, more are on the way
			- Please come join sealed league
		Wargames and Painting:
			- Painting event on the 27th March
			- Big model buy happening for the Wargaming folks
			- Jake might organise campaign, if there's enough interest

	Events:
		Club Carnival:
			- Success! 16 sign-ups
			- Only slightly sunburnt
			- Finally managed to return Coup: Rebellion to a Maths Union member		
		Prosh:
			- Prosh Olympics this Thursday at 12-2
			- Hope you can drink milk fast kids
			>Gavin: Fill out Prosh Olympics sign-up form
			- Alaura has been contacting Prosh marshals
			- Prosh marshall training is at an unknown time

		ENVOY Collaborative Mega-Game (Watch the Skies):
			- 28th March, coming up soon
			- Tickets are available in the clubroom
			- We should push sales more

		Swancon:
			- Nadia is going
			- Gavin was in contact with organisers
			- We're providing people to help teach games

		Quiz Night:
			- Is happening!

		- Reimbursed Emily for $3.60 for a Uno deckbox
	Gatekeepers:
		- New gatekeepers: Szymon Zieba, Kieran Brown
		
	General Business:
		CCZ Printing Service
			- Vouchers for printing expire within a week
			- Printing PIN code is in the cabinet if we want to use it
		Bottled Water Price
			- For the month of March, 50c of all bottled water sales will go to WaterAid, Cat's charity
			- After March, the price of bottled water will drop to 50c
		After hours access
			- We need to fill out a form so security can't kick us out late at night

		College row board games:
			- Contact colleges for board games night
			>Nadia: Contact colleges to run potential board games nights
		UCC Membership:
			- Waiting until new UCC committee happens
		Bulk first aid training:
			- Getting people together for first aid training makes everything cheaper
			>Nadia: Organise bulk first-aid training
		Gatekeeper training:
			- Tomorrow at 4PM
			- Taylor running it
		Passwords and other cybersecurity:
			- Passwords for a lot of things need to be updated
			>Donald: Make a new list of passwords for committee
		Our website:
			- Has been made up-to-date, including a new committee email in case the existing alias doesn't work.
		Our information on guild website:
			- Not up to date, will look into updating
			>Donald: Look into updating Guild website information
