[URC] URC Committee Meeting this Friday!

Seeing as we were too loud last time we tried to hold it there to
get around this, any other ideas? The weekend? IRC? It's probably
going to be a problem if we hold it Mon-Fri 9-5. I'm still
going to aim for 12pm on Friday unless we find a better idea soonish,
but is there an overall good time for people working at UCS that
everyone can make it?
