Gday boys

I'm writing to the 5 of you as the presidents of the 5 newly affiliated 
clubs. Well done.

I've opened up all your bank accounts and by the end of the day I will have 
mailbox numbers for you. What I need from you all is:

1. An office bearer's form (so finance has your signatures and so that i can 
get in touch with all of your execs). Obviously some of you will only be 
able to get this to me after you AGM, so if you don't have an exec right 
now, let me know when your AGM is, so I know when to expect your OB forms!

2. A first semester budget - this is entirely up to you, but if you want to 
be able to claim any money at the end of semester, you need to hand in a 
budget form.

3. Guild Treasurer would now like to know how you'll spend the $130 start-up 
grant before he gives it to you. So email me with how you'll be spending the 
money and then as soon as you do, we can pop the money into your account.

If you have any questions, give me a call or an email, and try get all of 
this in ASAP!
