[URC] AGM

Hi everyone,

The University Radio Club is holding it's first Annual General Meeting,
this coming Monday the 5th of April at 1:15pm in the Cameron Hall Loft.

The URC is a club aimed at both the technical site, and the social side
of radio. The technical side involves Amateur/HAM radio, building
radios and antennas, wireless LANs etc. The social side will involve
setting up and running a radio station, DJ competitions, and other stuff
you'd think about with all the hype of running campus radio.

We need people interested in helping out with anything along these
lines, or anything else you can think of. Membership is just $5 for
guild members ($7 for non-guild members) and there will be people to
join you up before the AGM. Remember, if you're a member, you can
vote at the AGM and get discounts at our events.

If you want to be part of the URC, this is a great time to show up, and
help get our club started. If you can't make it to the AGM, drop me an
email, and we'll sort out another time you can get involved.
