[Wizard] power supply for wizard

Hey everyone,

One of my friends built an 8-36V to 5V buck for powering a wizard in a
car. It's based on one of National Semiconductor's simple switchers, and
we obtained a good inductor from Coilcraft. It's working now for stuff
we dare to connect to it (fans, other simple stuff that don't really
need a regulated power supply), but we need to test it more before i
plug my wizard into it.

Does anyone have an oscilloscope, or know of somewhere where i could use
one to measure the ripple current off the device (don't think EE will
like me plugging my own stuff into their oscilliscopes)? Can't use a PC
based soundcard one as it's switching at 260khz ^^
